HIdden Maps

Location C:\Program Files\Subagames\Crossfire\rez\UI\MapIcon

Only viewably by GIMP2 as far as i know, maybe some of you coders could find the map files and tell us more about these? They were added in the last patch.

Installed on the last update, i recon theyre going to be activated in the next patch.

The map files are also installed but i cant find which ones are witch.

im no coder, but something tells me that those will be new maps soon xD

lol gimp... -___- U can open it with anything that is compatable with that file. Paint.net is one of them that can open... so gimp is not the only thing. and if you just noticed these files, you're several months late

EDIT: O and, these were not from recent patch, they were there long ago

the halloween map looks cool

i looked on crossfire folder and i saw maps lab 2(w00T!),Santoria and metro

I found this a month ago, there is a lot of new maps, and minimaps are shown too.

cool... i saw halloween before knowing it was gonna come and it looks so cool. also look at my thread i just about to post its good information about a patch that may come or not..

There's a few new ones.

I know there's definitely Desert Storm (S&D only), Kairos and Metro. I've played them before on Crossfire JP, there's also a few other new maps I've forgotten the names of.
