Hello guys i was wondering if someone can help me out with this...
i want to give player in my server items with the /give command that doesn't have ID like enchanted pickaxe or a created firework.
or if theres any way to give the item in my hand to a player(any plugins for give commands??) ...

Try giving yourself the desired item, then do /invsee (player name) and drop it in their inventory.
I'm not sure about this one but try giving them this permission node: essentials.give then black list all the items you don't want to be able to be spawned (do this in the config) and to spawn blacklisted items give yourself this permission node: essentials.itemspawn.exempt
