Need help with IRC

Can someone help me on irc i dont no how to use it because i want to by vip but i have no clue how to use.

After the download. Install it. After you install it come back to mpgh and press the irc button at the top.

lol.... go to the top of the page were u see links are press irc button WHEN ONLY mirc is installed then it asks you to connect. when u connect pick a server and go to a server where loads are people on .... jeez
