I got some problem with changing my email/password at z8games...
I know the current registered email but every time i tried to change my password it says " Wrong registered email "
But also when i type in my email in "lost ID/PW/ETC" i get my account full info
I can either change my email, not confirmation message is getting to my "old/now" email.
I tried to send z8 a message about it but they said " Your account is flagged etc etc We are not able to help you "
So what shall i do ?
You can't do anything about it's since it's flagged.

It's flagged meaning z8 won't help you with administration. You have to solve the problem yourself.

They have changed the system... You would need to confirm the email in the old email before it can be sent for confirmation to the new email. And if your account is flagged, support won't work for you.

I know that, and i got the old email... but in my old email and i not getting any "confirmation" mail .
I can either change my password with my email which is right now...
But i can altastes revover my detail by z8games "lost ID/pw" thing
probably u dont have the proper email for sure
