It may be his hack, but he didn't create it. it's FPS Cheats VIP noob. Its their glitch key, you can tell by the way he lags with it.

Did you ever think oh maybe the lag was caused by his recording program?
You must be dumb. Not lag like the video quality, when you hold down glitch key it looks bumpy that isnt caused by recording softaware, and no, you have to press a button for the menu to show up.
