I hate him. I just came on here to get hacks for World of Warcraft because I suck at it and he calls me a transsexual in one of his threads. I would like to capture him and put him in jail. Could you help me achieve this?

This might be difficult to achieve as more than one person is needed. If you'd like to insinuate a crime you'd need victims whom the person you're talking about hurt. The next thing is witnesses who'd support the potential course of action. All of this is definately doable, however, a fair amount of effort i required.
