CA Takes Forever To Load?

I doubt if I'm the only one but ever since I started playing Combat Arms, its been taking a long time for the match to load. If I joined a game when it starts, I wouldn't join until each team had about 30 kills each. I tried playing FireTeam Mode just a second ago but the map never loaded and the music would keep repeating itself. Does anyone know how to decrease the time?

your comp probably does not meet the minimum requirements for the game, one idea would be to go to your game folder and move textures.rez file to your bgm folder that greatly decreases lag and will speed up ca for you

Requirements is not a problem for me.
I'll try moving the textures.rez file

Your ram is really low and so is your video card memory.
I would suggest upgrading those if you'd like slower load times.

Get a new internet.
Have you read the thread "15 ways to reduce lag"?
Delete some things, and you probably just have a bad CPU.

llet me know if textures helped also on the sticky you can download gamebooster which will close unnecessary programs

lmao, my pc doesnt meet its min requirements, yet, i get to play with min. to almost no lag and it loads maps fast like in 1 min and even less. Im able to recrd on fraps with no lag too. how you explain that?

-on topic- go to your nexon folder, double click it and you shoulld see the combat arms folder. From there, right click the combat arms folder and click protperties. On the porperties, find the advanced button in the general tab.
on the advanced page thingy or w/e check the box that says" compress contents to save disk space" then click ok and apply.

If you didn't delete the Endingbanner.exe or the CAV.exe. They helps reduce it BY A LOT, it amazing how much energy those two sucks up.

lmao, i've deleted both ages ago, mainly because its annoying after you exit CA, but also because the old pub hacks require you to do so xD, so i haven't seen those for a looong time. Hey, maybe thats why im not lagging as much even tho my pc doesnt meet CA min requirements o.O

A lot of people removes them, most people does not. However, these two runs not along with COmbat Ars, but just sit there like a fatass, sucking up all your computer memory and CPU and some other bullshit I can think of.
