I want your opinion guys if i made an project open more than 1 web browser and all these web browsers invisible can i put youtube link in the text box and click start button and it give the video more views?

No, your IP is the same for every window opened which will not get you more views.

Please stick to projects such as a calculator until you learn Visual Basic properly.
The views are somewhat controlled by an IP Adress.

You can try sending requests to the url, switching the IP using proxies after every request.

Webbrowser is probably the worst idea.

Not sure if you can do that, though.

YouTube counts videos as they are started. In as little as 5 seconds (i.e., if you only watch the first 5 seconds of a video), your video count is incremented. It could be less. I tested 5 and it worked. That’s enough for me. This is for watching videos ON YouTube.
Also from my research, I’ve come across a little hitch in the incrementing logic that says somewhere around 300 views (some people say at 308 views), YouTube freezes your view count while it starts sniffing around for view fraud. Obviously, since video view count is such a huge part of the ranking algorithm on YouTube, they are sensitive to people inflating their views. This can happen in a number of ways, but they basically want to comb through cookies and IP addresses to make sure that the video views up to and past this point are valid. I guess it’s possible 308 is some sort of a point of inflection that determines whether a video is actually popular, according to their math.

hmm , i know VPNs and Proxys , but BotPCs ?
you mean multi-computers ?

anyways , you could use a fake emails creator services (you can find them on google) and create 30 accounts in less then 1 hour , then use these accounts to like your videos , subscribe your channel , etc..
and i guess that the views have an IP check , so just use proxys ,VPNs.. (Tor is a very good and easy to-use proxy tool).

Okay, last Question : If i added IP Changer to the Project it will work ?

Set the program up so you refresh your IP to an new IP every time it opens youtube.
