Taking into consideration that the bitcoin exchange rate is ridiculous I think I'd go with paypal.
But if it's for the sake buying illegal stuff in the deep end of the internet I'd stick with bitcoins.

The U.S. is going to be going after bitcoin. They already shut down Liberty Reserve and are charging six of the people who ran it for circumnavigating the United States Monetary System. Bitcoin is definitely next, no matter what country it's in the U.S. will barge in like the fascist regime it is and take it down.

The whole idea with bitcoin is it's decentralized meaning as long as there is people with a wallet on there pc the currency exists.
