15 bucks will only get 1 of those weapons, maybe not even one. According to @Fluxie a mosin is worth about 30 bucks depending on the account.

A decent account with 10 euro weapons, Lieutenant and Mosin is worth 30$.

A mosin alone is not worth 30 dollars
If u add 30 to that 15 dollars ull get it
