Cannot Log In With Clients.

It seems as though i cannot log into realm on a client on my account. I can log in with my mules bought not my main. It just gets stuck at the home loading screen. I really want to be able to play on my main on a client, but for some reason i just cant connect. While my other accounts go on without a problem. I have tried to open in browsers and in projector. I have also tried using multiple clients and still cannot connect. I have recently bought Realm Gold on the account so is there something that is like credit card wise blocking me out of hacked clients?

its your pet , pets with new ability (13.4) aren't working on hexed clients. try to unfollow the pet

open the official realm - realmofthemadgod.com and log into your main from there, goto your petyard and see if there are any pets with the new abilities, if yes then release them
