Uhh, that has to be the worst analogy I've heard in a long time. You don't call a potato a potato because of its colour. A blue painted potato is still a potato, they aren't even called browntatos for this to have the slightest bit of logic behind it. That doesn't even begin to get into the fact painting a potato doesn't change its species.

Try painting an iPod and trademarking it as a bluePod. No court of law would agree that it isn't still an iPod.

Actually, given the list he posted and the TODO, it seems to have less features than Hera. Even the screenshot has options checked as ON that are still listed in the TODO section but already exist in Hera. Maybe once we see the code we can settle this once and for all, but if he copy pasted the menu and made some slight changes, what else is just a copy paste? He clearly bullshitted when he said "i changed everyting". He should have just kept it named Hera and added that it was modified by himself rather than trying to pass it off as a new hack.
