I think he meant the feed greed challenge (this is not fury killer. if you get a feed greed you get a medal called "quad feed" in the english version) what is necessary for masterkiller. So if you use the hack and you go to killer challenges you see that you have the masterkiller title but not the feed greed title what is normaly necessary to get the masterkiller title.

Yes and no. If it is too obvious then yes. Let me give you an example, you have nuclear or chain killer title but you don't have the nuclear or chain killer medal and somebody looks at your combat record abd is clever enough, he will report you and you get banned.

Briefly you could say, unlock yourself the required medals then unlock the titles abd you are fine :-D
