Gmod Anti-Cheat or Lua Malware

Hey guys i keep getting this thing that makes it so i cant pick up props on servers like you dont own the prop and i did rename gmod after i got it the first time and that worked but now ive got it again and gmod has updated and i try rename the Garry's mod folder but that doesn't work anymore since the update so i guess ill have to re-install gmod

If It's darkrp, HOLD Q, GO TO UTILITIES, and THE PROP SETTINGS OR W/E and if all the boxes are checked, yeah un-check those.
