How do I jail break

So I got a iPhone a year ago and because its been a year I wanted to know how 2 jailbreak?
So I heard u have to wait a year is it true?
Also what are the requirments and how u do it?????

Not true, you can do it instantly if you wrap your phone in tinfoil and microwave on high for 1 minute. The electromagnetic energy will disable Apple's Anti-Jailbreak measures.
