Cant start AVA

I need help :O When i start AVA i get the third party programm error. I tried several things like reinstalling, closing almost any programs except ava and important things, adding it to firewall exception, closing/turn off avira and firewall, deínstalling avira..... HELPP me pls

what kind of error?

Me thinks that aeira has ip banned yu till zi next update. D'nt worra. Dis haponed to me tu.
