No the server update started at midnight PDT. The patch is supposed to last 8 hours. If you live in eastern US like me it shouldn't get done until 11 am cause midnight pdt is three in the morning where I live. The update are the same time everywhere, the time is just different. The update should really be done in less than two hours.

Still down for Perth, Australia.

so for the east coast the patch will get done before 11 am?
