there is no other way of getting unbanned without loosing all of your stuff.
the only other option is to talk to nexon by calling their 1800 number and going through the process of getting your account back.
The only way of getting unbann is submittign and appeal! which almost never works 
I was perma-banned by a gm for opking him. It sucked. He should atleast have said, "Hey man don't opk or I will ban dude." Maybe I woulda stopped.(not really)
