Got an offer for PayPal account with $30 (unverified, though)
I sign in, and add bank account.
It says that I need to wait a few days so that it is accepted.
I tried to sign in to the account, and the account owner took it back.
What can I do so that they don't have access to my bank account?

Cut off the bank account from paypal?
Just go into your bank account and remove it, or simply call your bank.

Call the PayPal support. They should resolve it. Was it some kind of a trade/buy/sell here on MPGH?
