Ground walking?

Ok so when i join a game there is this guy, and he is on the ground like he is dead, but he is not dead and i dont get it. Is this a hack? He is playing but his char is dead?

Yea I have seen this be4 but don't what is this I think it's a bug .

It's just a regular bug.

Its a random glitch that happens at random maps at random times. Basically, its random.

Rarely occurs and disappears after he respawns.
