Gold hack?

I know that mmos are client sided and normally a gold hack isn't possible but i came across this hack and wanted to ask if such thing can exist.

MODS: Please pardon me if posting outside links aren't allowed here.

They are lying.

Yes you're not allowed to post other webs links.

Well that hack is fake obviously.

Gold hack literately from client side, if it was bug, exploit or something similar to that.

But it's like 98% from server side in any mmo to have gold hack would be possible, if someone know how to get into server side of their database and develop a hack that would let people use it and enters [xx amount]

^ this pretty much.

Any gold hack is just BS. For MMOs at least, mostly. Exceptions make the rule but any decent MMO publisher should have proper security/settings (server side) regarding things like this.
