You sent a ticket to z8 saying your account was stolen? Then you got banned...

no...i sent 3 tickets from 3 different acc's with 3 different Ip's trying to recover the account..
first and second shoot made the acc flagged...but the third banned the account...that's what i think
Or another thing...acc original owner who i bought the acc from made this??

Your account is under investigation. What that means is that they will investigate rather or not they believe your account was stolen. During this time, you cannot log on to the account nor do anything but wait. If you were found not guilty, not likely, they will release the ban and your HS ribbon would be restored, if it even had it in the first place.

It's pretty simple, wait till the investigation is over.
