.dll files

So im trying to play GTA: San Andreas and i have installed with the crack and everything ive done this several times so i think im doing everything right...but now whenever i try to start up GTA it says missing .dll file...so i download that .dll then i start and it says another one is missing! its like GTA is installing but without all the .dll what do i do?

If you give me the name of one of the dlls you are missing (and the above doesn't work) I can probably confirm which runtime libraries you are missing.

Otherwise you're really just getting educated guesses.
