Yeah a wee bit ever now and then but I think I know what it's from to much pop but I cut down on it the last few days just been drinking water.

Drink more water. If it is Kidney stones and the pain isn't unbearable then you still have a chance to remove them without too many issues. More water = easier time passing them through.
