Is the Battleye error Corrupted Data #3 a Script error or bypass error?

It's prolly Battleye, at the moment I click for example spawn heli it kicks me.
But does this mean my bypass is outdated or does it mean I need a new RE?

New RE if you're trying to spawn in stuff.
If you look at the 1.7.7 Rolling Patchnotes they updated the RE so give it some time.
