Gmail is more organized.
I disagree with you Splinter.
Outlook has gotten so much better now, I use it and I prefer it over gmail.

Outlook has a clean and great design, but a terrible support. If you lose your account, they keep giving you the same answers and don't even give a shit what happened to your account.
Gmail on the other hand has also got a great design not as good as outlook (in my opinion). And they have great support.

I've used Outlook for years, though I never use the webmail. I'm using the mail platform bundled with WLM 2009.
I wouldn't know about the support issue as I'm smart enough to have insane passwords that'll be a bitch to crack open.
But I can imagine it being true.
Designwise and Simplicity I'd go with Outlook.

Sorry, I have to say Gmail for now. Outlook / Hotmail dies when Microfegs killed Windows Live Messenger.

I personally find the early 2000s style of yahoo.co.jp to have the best interface
I wouldn't go with gmail. I think the interface looks stupid and over simplified, it is changed way too often too.
