need a perm modder

So at this moment i have a snag in my server development, both teams mcpc plus and pixelmon team have refused to work together to solve the problems. So I decided to take action and look for someone who can fix this. I have a nice server which u can test ur fixes on and anything u need ill be able to get. Im looking for perm modding staff for my server and bonuses when the mod is successfully fixed. I don't know the problem its self but i don't think its extremely hard for a modder to fix. The head staff on pixelmon says they don't have time to fix this which makes no sense since this is an important issue. But if u do help think of what u have accomplished the only fully successful server with all or most bukkit plugins working with the pikelmon mod. That its self is a achievement to be proud of. If u are interested in the job and are experienced in mod additions and new id items then you would be great for the job.
