iw3mp.exe has stopped working

Hello guys I am currently having an issue with cod 4....I had a similar issue with mw3 ( iw5mp.exe has stopped working) and I switched back to mw1 because I was really upset and still same problem lol ! Please give me a solution and I searched in web and still nothing. My motherboard is Asrock z77 pro 3 my gpu is msi gtx 660 ti power edition and my OS is win7 64bit.

Do you get this error in game or when opening it?

yes but I don't have a problem now...I just made a format on windows and re-installed them.

You need a mic and earphones, that fixed my problem.
