Well I get my Tnt To work on vista. For Vista users i think u gotta run CA in Xp Service pack 2 (atleast i do that) and for what i did was i renamed the file Tnt Hack to something else and it works fine, before renaming it and changing the Compatibility mode i had same error as you

The tnt hack still works for me and Im windows vista. When combat arms stops working run the original launcher as admin(located in your combat arms folder). That usually works for me.
