My firewall is set the same way, though the interface AT&T gives you to disable it is easier to understand.

Ok so basically Ive port forwarded 25565 TCP and UDP (for minecraft)
And allowed it on my firewall i think
(inbound)
(outbound)
But it says my port is open but filtered
So yea, any ideas ???
