Has anybody here installed mods to Skyrim? Like gfx mods. I need to know, if it's worth it because i wanna do something like in this vid

I had a shit ton but I got rid of them all because I was on a laptop and it was slow af to begin with. But it's definitely worth it.
My Skyrim is heavily modded and yes, I can approve of modding to the full extent
