StackOverflow wasn't around when I was learning C/C++, but it is a great resource for finding answers to common questions and problems.
What Are Source Codes?
If you are looking for beginner video tutorials for C++ you can go to this guys channel: C++ Tutorials - Absolute n00b spoonfeed - YouTube
His videos can be boring since his voice isn't entirely exciting and his videos are long, but he breaks stuff down for you so that you understand. He's very detailed and he does a good job.
If you don't like videos and you'd rather read books, then you can go to the link that the user above me has said in one of his posts. Good luck!

for sharingI hate to be late here but when i started learning c++ the best book i came across was Sams Teach Yourself C++ in 21 days (5th Edition). I have looked into the 7th edition and i dont think i would have picked it up as fast as i did with the 5th.
