I don't know where to download the patches. I did not buy cod4 through steam, i bought a hard copy. I am currently on version 1.0.

I tried googling them and i downloaded 1.1 and tried installing and i got this : " Error: -1618 Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install. "

How do i fix this?
