2 things:
1. when i open bo2 console crashes and it doesnt do anything
2. like 5 hours ago when it didnt crash when i started a game my fps dropped to: 1 for like 20 seconds at awaiting textures then the game started (got it everytime i started game) i think its my new graphics card because i upgraded from geroce 9500 to a sapphire Radeon HD7750 which should be alot faster (it is ingame but loading is SUPER SLOW) someone got a fix for this?

2.Maybe you have slow/ messy/fragmented HDD .

late reply but, i hooked my old g card back on and boom 2 second load but 20fps ingame on low :S

Did you install the latest drivers for your new graphic card?

Before opening the thread. Please make sure couple things.

You PC can run Black Ops 2 in Recommended settings.
Be sure your Local Disk is clean. (Use Ccleaner).
Be sure you have 4/8GB of ram.
