UnFortunaltly you must download crossfire from begining in the virtual Machine Life Is Not Fair

Is 4 GB Ram enough?

You can also share files/folders between your pc and vmware.

Followed all the steps correctly and everything but I can't find the word "unity"

Yes, since im guessing you have Win 7 and it uses different package for Crossfire then Win XP, so you cant just copy and paste, you have to download and install.

Yes but when you do the bypass it will no longer be noted as virtual machine, but a real stand alone PC. So you wont be able to share files in between.

Look, you can have windows XP, Vista or 7 on your PC, it's not important. The Windows XP I provided is for Virtual machines only, not your PC, meaning -> you will have multiple Virtual Windows installed.
Im using Windows XP for Virtual Machines because it takes least memory, but on my PC ( not virtual, the real one!) I have Windows 7. Do you understand me now?

I have windows 7 how can I "Step 2. Download Windows XP Professional ISO"

It only works with Vmware Workstation 7?
