HTML Website templates

Hello everyone,
I am by no means Programming savvy, however- that being said I do know basics of java scripting and Most HTML

But ; I do not currently have the time to create a website form scratch, so i was wondering if anybody knew of any nice, clean looking website templates, preferably for some sort of Gaming/Youtube heavy site!

Look, you're going to need more than html and javascript to do what you want. You are going to need PHP, CSS, and MySQL in the least.
