delete it, before playing crossfire you should delete the folders "Log" and "Report". These 2 folders play a roll in banning you when using an undetected hack. although it wont 100% stop the banning it will atleast prevent it a little.

I heard if you delete the folders, you can't start the CF Patcher though which allows you to play the game.

Also what exactly is the report folder for? Does it show how much you have been reported? If so, don't you think like the top farmers would have thousands of these files yet they still aren't banned?

you heard wrong, i delete them every time i see them in my CrossFire directory.
"Report" is where information is kept about some bugs you may have en counted and even that you may have used 3rd party programs on CrossFire i.e a Hack, this is why it is best to delete it when you see it pop up in your CrossFire directory.
