Simple Item/price Database

It's written using batch in notepad++ as it seemed to be the fastest thing most people can run with a standalone client on a slow computer.
This is my first run at something like this and I thought it would be helpful for lots. As browsers can be slow at loading.
I'd appreciate any supporting comments and suggestions.
