Z8 Support

I don't get the support system. Do they answer tickets in order of date / time received? I submitted tickets on 2 separate accounts, and the one I submitted second was answered today, and the other has not been. I submitted them last Thursday and Friday respectively.

They dont reply on the weekends, lol. Z8 aslo had hella maintenances sooo yeah

It really depends on their schedule, but I'm sure it takes time for them before they're going to reply.

Is your account flagged? they wont answer if it is. Everytime I've sent a second ticket they usually answer within the hour lol

As a former VIP support for mpgh let me tell you that dealing with kids all day makes you wanna blow your brains out. I'm surprised that they're even responding to tickets.

They have different departments for each category. Which means some tickets may be answered earlier depending on the department.

I got an answer, but I didn't even know because the envelope thing isn't showing.

Z8Games got the shittiest support i've ever seen .

Rofl. I can only imagine...

@[W]hiteBeard Z8Games can be slow at times, they have a lot of crap to deal with.. the quickest ticket I have had was 1 hour.... longest however took them 4 weeks to reply.
