You need to provide good and logical evidence, that you didn't cheat.
Appeal is useless in 99,8% of the cases, because most people just cheated. Simple but true.

I've did an Appeal, long ago. That admin just sayed: This ban will not be removed you cheat you get banned.
That admin is a idiot... but you can try to <appeal>
