Well, I'd like to read more about it but I can't seem to find the thread about it.
Me being drunk might have something to do with that.

All I know is that the minimum requirement is 5000posts.

He might do it soon. I'm not saying it will certainly come but he usually makes "Suggest a TM" thread every Summer.
