Well, I'd like to read more about it but I can't seem to find the thread about it.
Me being drunk might have something to do with that.

All I know is that the minimum requirement is 5000posts.

So if someone could kindly direct me to the right thread or provide me with the information here that'd be swell.

Everything is outdated.. Now it's just the community's choice meaning that dave (should) open a thread every once in a while and everyone in it gotta suggest someone.. After that it all depends on how much fuck the admins give about you lel
