indeed all s rank cars that dont drop below when braking are boost only ...
tho keep track of the facebookwall of nfsw they post some days some cars can be bought for igc ... tho limited amount and stuff

I don't really get ultra parts from high stakes only time I got them was doing S rank TE. EA pisses me off with there 90% pay to win game. Also they are making us wait a week for the 1mil like code.
