I know how you feel man, I just got back like 5 months ago from a 3 year break, only to figure out all of my mods have been patched, so now I am working with what I have and those are: weapon attachments, sounds, textures, world files, and useless, tiny GUI changes. Although, I have to say, you are working on par with what you used to make (take that as a compliment) just, maybe you gotta think a little more, that's all. You still have the talent, you just need to configure it

Not rusted at all.. Look antic or like a desert camo maybe.. Still a nice mod but be more creative.. It's just a color overlay..

I think you don't understand the fullness of the actual texture, he added gradients, HUGE skill with a light brush (see the design near the rail on the far upper right corner of the .DTX), and selective overlay, and as he said, he did not know what to call it and he knew it did not look too much like rust, but he did not have time to think of a different name. I think we reached a big misunderstanding here, but you and I being the lower ranks, we should stay low for awhile and truly pay attention to the work done and the work not done, then assess how the person may improve upon that, and in the final delivery of the criticism be ever so slightly bootlicking the person, because after all, higher ranking people, know people who can ban.


@Implify I in no way acted toward the mod as stated in the above allegations, and fully give my respect to you, the staff and the rest of the old modders of CA, for I "grew up" learning from you guys, and it was people like you who helped me the most.
