I've updated to .NET Framework 4.5 and now it says "Apllication stopped working" whenever i open it.

Actually, i don't know why it's bugging for some people, some other not...

Yes, it starts and crashes instantly

Try to launch it in administrator.

if not.. i don't know.

So its doing the same for me @Skorpkreis, and so I used troubleshoot on it to see if it could detect anything wrong, and it says incompatible and I'm running the same, Win 7 64x.. Weird.
