[REQUEST][CSS] Weapons Spawning

So , i Got à Friend That is spawning weapon on server and i want to Know how he do , i have bypassed sv_cheats but the give command don't work D:

Well the give command is server sided, so it is impossible unless you have a ssh.

Well could be aswell that he is admin ^^

He was probably an admin or owner.

It's really easy, Hit B and then hit 4 and finally hit 6. You got an Awp!
