Revision 142?

I decided to redownload MW2 after a while only to come back to everything becoming detected, outdated and no new releases have came out.
However when I installed 4D1 I got revision 142 instead of 146. Wondering if anything around is still working for this revision, or if any hooks are being made for 146

Nope, no undetected hacks in here.
There are elsewhere but those are crappy.
