What is better?

Well i am new to coding. Im currently learning c++ now. I have downloaded Dev c++.

IN the future i want to make combat arms hack and small programs and stuff liek that.
What is better to do this?

Dev C++
OR
Microsoft Visuual c++?

Dev c++ is more noob friendly (at least thats what i think). I like working in visual c++ 2008 because that is what i began coding hacks in.

though Dev c++ is the best to begin with.

You are going to need Visual C++ to make hacks (DLL)
