Who finds this bullshit? I mean I like the hole idea behind it but really three only. I used mine the first day it came out with out knowing I only get three. It would be cool if you only got like one a month and it wouldn't stack past three. Hell I would even be fine with three a year. It only pisses me off because I fucked up and got the wrong champ and roit said to use them and I told them I used them almost a year ago and they told me to go fuck my self shouldn't have used them all.

That was a very stupid thing indeed...I used mine to refund Sona because I bought her with RP as I thought she was utter crap when I played her. Tis was when I tried her jungle by the way in S2...then ended up buying Arcade Sona in S3 sigh....

It's actually called a refund token and it's used to refund stuff. Honestly, I think it was a very awesome idea when it first came out and I still think the same now. They made it so that people can stop messaging Riot support about refunds. Previously (before refund tokens were implemented), you could refund up to 3 champions through support. I refunded before they implemented the refund tokens and I still used my refund tokens (technically, I refunded more than 3).

You should be able to get more tokens with either time or RP bought.

Hope to see some changes to that system soon.
