Is this a problem on my side or does this happen to everyone, when i try to join a server, there is a button with "next" but it is blanked out.
I didn't see another way to join the server. Also every server had no players on it, only some but those i couldn't join either.
I just installed it and i wanted to play

Never happened to me.
Maybe you have terrible latency.
Good luck fixing this though. Nothing worse than grayed out buttons.

My ping is almost on any game between 3 and 40

Try it on another PC, if it doesn't work, it could be internet issues.
