USB/Offline FTB client?

I need a FTB client that is pretty much load onto USB, play on any computer i can plug it into without any form of internet. Is there a way to run FTB without a launcher which I can just move from a USB to a computer and just play without any internet/login? A buddy of mine has no internet and has a older computer. He really wants to play FTB but I think you need a net connection to even setup FTB even with the files. Any help would be appreciated.

Just use a cracked one and download the modpack he wants to your computer then transfer to usb when he runs it it will ask him which location he wants to use to download the modpacks select the usb and he can play the modpack he wants.
